In case we purchase a machine, do you provide FREE training?
As a certified owner or dealer of Vivenso, feel free to schedule a training. You are entitled to schedule a free training to properly so we can run through (1) how to operate the machine, (2) how to make use of attachments, and (3) how to make use of tips and tricks of cleaning.
In case the machine malfunctions, is there a warranty?
The owners strongly believe in German-built quality therefore we entrust 5 years of warrant on the motor and the machine. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse or misuse. Specific product attachment do not have warranty.
Can we purchase the attachments and solutions separately?
Yes, you are entitled to that privilege once you are a certified owner. Vivenso Pro-Aqua sell attachments and solutions by part. Best to place in your order them 1-2 months before since these will be shipped out from Germany.
In case our machine needs cleaning, can we bring in to your help centre for maintenance?
Ideally maintenance is needed once a year hence we will cover the first maintenance for you. The concurrent maintenance needed after the first maintenance will incur P2,500 fee per maintenance, cleaning, and renewing.
